PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE
If you find an identical item we carry at a lower price from an authorized retailer in The Bahamas or the USA, we will match its total landed cost in The Bahamas, including applicable shipping, duties and taxes.
Before purchasing, send us the retailer's product link or a current written quote and identify the JBS item. We will verify the item, availability and total cost, then confirm your matched price and the offer's expiry before you pay.
The comparison must be for the same brand, style, size, metal and gemstone specifications, in new condition, with equivalent warranty coverage. The competing item must be available to purchase at the quoted price.

AVAILABLE MEANS AVAILABLE — OUR 20% PROMISE
When your selected item says “In Stock / Available Now” on jewelsbythesea.com, it is available at our Nassau store.
For items with a published lead time, we guarantee your purchase will be ready for Nassau pickup within that timeline. Your order confirmation will record your pickup deadline.
If an item purchased as available is not available at our Nassau store, or we miss your promised pickup deadline, you will receive 20% off the purchase price of the affected item. If already paid in full, we will refund that 20% to your original payment method. This applies once per affected item, even if both situations occur, and we will apply it when we identify the issue without requiring a separate claim.
If we cannot supply your item at all, we will offer a full refund. We will not substitute an item without your agreement.

FAMILY ISLAND SHIPPING
We will deliver your order to the airport or mailboat in Nassau for a flat BSD $20 transfer fee per order, charged and paid when you purchase on our website.
This fee covers the Nassau transfer only. Airline or mailboat freight charges are separate and payable by the customer.
Before dispatch, we will confirm the carrier, destination, freight arrangements and collection instructions with you. Our Nassau pickup guarantee covers when your item is ready at our store; carrier departure and arrival times are separate from that commitment.

STORE PICKUP
Pickup is available at our Cable Beach store in Nassau and our Abaco Shopping Plaza store in Marsh Harbour, as arranged for your order. The “In Stock / Available Now” promise above refers specifically to Nassau availability.
An order-received confirmation is separate from your ready-for-pickup notification. Please wait for the ready-for-pickup notification before travelling to collect your purchase.
Bring valid photo identification and proof of purchase. Orders are released to the named customer unless prior arrangements have been approved by JBS. Please provide accurate contact details so we can send updates and collection instructions.
