Welcome to Jewels by the Sea. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing this website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make every effort to ensure that all product descriptions, imagery, pricing, and availability are accurate and current. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, handcrafted details, and the natural characteristics of gemstones and precious metals.
Our published availability and Nassau pickup promises apply to purchased items. If an item purchased as available is not available in Nassau, or we miss its promised Nassau pickup deadline, we will deduct 20% from the purchase price of the affected item, or refund that amount to the original payment method if paid in full. The remedy applies once per affected item and is applied when we identify the issue. If we cannot supply the item at all, we will offer a full refund. Product offerings, prices and availability may change before purchase. Changes do not override the availability or Nassau pickup promise made when an order was placed.
ORDERS & PAYMENTS
Orders are subject to acceptance. General availability qualifications, cancellation provisions and ordinary return exclusions do not override our published availability and Nassau pickup guarantee.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or pricing errors.
All prices displayed on this website are listed in BSD/USD unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely through authorized payment providers.
STORE PICKUP & FAMILY ISLAND DELIVERY
Jewels by the Sea offers store pickup and Family Island delivery arrangements. Our flat BSD $20 fee per order covers transfer to the Nassau airport or mailboat and is paid at website checkout. Carrier freight is separate and payable by the customer. We confirm the destination, carrier, freight arrangements and collection details before dispatch.
Customers will be notified once orders are ready for collection at the selected store location. Valid photo identification and proof of purchase may be required upon pickup.
Orders not collected within a reasonable timeframe may be cancelled at the discretion of Jewels by the Sea.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

JEWELRY SERVICES
Jewelry cleaning, inspection, and consultation services are provided with reasonable care and professionalism. Jewels by the Sea is not responsible for pre-existing damage, weakened settings, loose stones, or damage resulting from normal wear discovered during servicing.
WEBSITE USE
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access to systems, interfere with website functionality, or engage in unlawful activity while using this website.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including logos, photography, graphics, branding, text, and designs, is the property of Jewels by the Sea and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Jewels by the Sea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, products purchased, or services provided.
Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable purchase or service.

All payment transactions are securely processed through authorized payment providers. Jewels by the Sea does not store customers’ full payment card information on our servers.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas.

Jewels by the Sea reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
